Return Policy:

Due to the nature of handmade products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on our products for any reason.

Shipping Timeframe:

Most items will ship ~1-2 weeks from the date you purchase them.

This gives us time to ensure the items meet our quality standards, package them, and deliver them to our shipping provider.

Once your order has shipped, the package will travel through USPS.

Most U.S. orders are delivered via USPS within approximately 1 week. However, delivery times may be extended due to holiday shipping volumes or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Progress & Transit Updates

Where do you ship items from?

DarkRealm Dice Co. ships out of West Virginia, USA.

Will you provide a tracking number for my order?

Often, we will email you with a tracking number once we deliver your order to the carrier.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to send you tracking information, and sometimes longer during high volume times, such as holidays.

If for any reason you do not receive your tracking number, please Contact Us and we will be happy to provide it to you.

How can I find the status of my order?

You can always Contact Us to check on your order's progress.

Why is shipping taking longer than expected?

We are a two-person company, so external factors can cause slight delays due to high volume.

However, we strive to provide an excellent shipping experience, so we try to communicate if such a delay is expected.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your item is lost in transit, please contact the carrier (USPS) to locate your package.

Once the package has left our workshop, we no longer have control over its travel and responsibility for its delivery rests with USPS.

-----------

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@darkrealmdiceco.com within two weeks of receiving your package.

When reaching out, please indicate whether the damage appears to have occurred during shipping or if it seems to be a handmaking defect that may have been missed during quality control, and include clear photos of the issue.

-----------

Please note that some blemishes are a natural part of the handmaking process, but major issues, such as drastically uneven faces or large internal bubbles, should not be present.

Please also note that sometimes you will not receive the exact dice set pictured in our listing photos. When we make multiple sets of the same style, we photograph one of those sets to represent that style. The fact that your set differs from the listing photos is part of the beauty of the handcrafting process: no two sets are exactly the same.
